I have been a customer for about 14 years and have always had honest, clear and friendly advice from all of the staff, and I have always been impressed with the quality and cleanliness of your display tanks and livestock. I recently ordered a 180 litre Juwel aquarium and was very impressed with the speed of delivery and advice and help from the staff. I have visited other fish shops in the area and none of them compare to the offerings of Emperor Tropicals – well done and thank you!
This shop is undergoing a change for the better. Each week you go in there, you find old tanks removed and new ones in place. The fish are looking great (in fact I have been using this shop for equipment and foodstuffs for 20 years and I have just purchased my first ever fish from there) Keep it up.
